Motor control modules

The control board RLK .... serves as manual control with emergency function for controlling one or two 2-speed motors. For each drive a rotary switch with On Auto Off St.1-St.2 is installed. The switch position feedback is performed in automatic position on the terminal strip. If the message to local (off-St.1 St.2) is required should be indicated as an extra -HO. To signal the feedback from the contactor green LEDs are installed. For alarm red LEDs are available that produce a collective when driven on the central module RSM. The LEDs are driven with + 24V DC / AC. With a floating contact each control unit power contactors can be connected directly (contact load instructions). The relay contacts of the switch circuits are internally locked. The relays in switch position car is from the DDC / PLC with + 24V DC / AC. When the controller failure, the system via the control switch is to operate. The lamp test circuit via the module RSM and the plug 5-pin bus system. RLK0010 - 1 Drive RLK1010 - 2 Drives
