Airport Düsseldorf „airport 2000 plus“
romutec LON-BUS modules for fire damper monitoring in cooperation with the company Honeywell, Erkrath, approx. 1100 fire dampers with limit switches and approx. 1400 motorized fire dampers with smoke release devices are monitored at Düsseldorf Airport. The data points are collected decentrally with Honeywell LION modules via a LON network.
Modules with buttons and LEDs are used for operation and display. The fault reporting system provides the operator with an optimum and quick overview of the system to be monitored. The monitoring system consists of LON modules in 19" technology and for top-hat rail mounting. These are integrated into special 19" carrier frames, which allow quick and cost-effective installation.

romutec monitors the smoke extraction system (500 data points) monitoring the smoke extraction systems with the romutec fault reporting system. The smoke extraction systems installed in the building are controlled via a D&S bus system. A visual display and monitoring of the individual smoke extraction areas is provided by the romutec 19" manual operating level.
