Setting standards in building automation.

Hafencity Hamburg

US Army Medical Center (MVZ)

The new medical center near Ansbach combines medical and dental care in a modern facility convering 3,000m². The building services rely on a BACnet-integrated Local Priority Control Level from romutec, simplifying maintance and fault management. Fire dampers and some detectors are integrated into the BACnet network, ensuring high system reliability and efficient monitoring.

DZHI Würzburg

At the DZHI in Würzburg, romutec expands the JCI Metasys system to monitor and control fore dampers via BACnet. The autonomous solution reduces fire loads, minimizes wiring and increases safety. Without the need for additional gateways, romutec's Local Priority Level enables stand-alone control and status display of damper and smoke detector signals.
