RPK2020 - Motor control module 4xone-stage, run/fault, - Input signal for triggering relay 24VAC/DC, 15mA
The RPK series .... serve as control modules with manual override function for control of one to four 1-speed motors.
There is a rotary switch for each drive with "Auto"-"Off"-"Man".
There is an extra layer for the "Auto"-Position, in order to indicate manual overwrite to the DDC.
In Order to get this indication in the porsitions "Off" and "Man" you have to put an"-H0" at the end of the typ-Code (e.g. RPK2020-H0). To signal the status "Running" green LEDs are installed.
For error messages red LEDs are available that produce a collective fault when wired with the central module RSM. The LEDs are driven with + 24V DC / AC.
You can drive power contactors directly with a potential free contact (note contact load instructions).
In switch position "Auto" the relais are controlled from the DDC / PLC + 24V DC / AC.
If the DDC fails, you can control the system by means of switches.
You can test the lamps with the RSM module connected via the 5-pole bus cable.

RAZ501 - Digitalanzeigemodul für 1 Meßwert -
The digital display modules RAZ501D / RAZ502D and RAZ511D / RAZ512D contain 3½ digit LED displays (7-segment) to show temperatures, humidity or pressure. The height of the characters is approximately 10mm. The modules will be mounted into 19" racks.
The measuring inputs are either for 0-10V or 10-0V. They are not galvanically isolated, i.e.
reference potential for the measurement is the GND of the power supply.
The measuring range of 0-10V (or 10-0V respectively) can be freely assigned to an indicating range within the limits of -500 ... +1999.
At the same time, the maximum spread between lowest and highest value must not exceed 1500.
Hence, possible ranges of displayed values are e.g. -100 ... +1400 or 0 ... 1000.
The range that has to be measured and displayed must be specified when ordering.
By using a jumper, the decimal point can be moved:
No jumper: display max. 1999
Jumper left position: display max. 199.9
Jumper center position: display max. 19.99
Jumper right position: display max. 1.999
The maximum indicated range will change accordingly.

RLL5050 - Signalising module, 10 signal lamps, red/green/yellow, open-circuit principle, - group output
The modules RLL5000 and RLL5050 can be used for signalising operation-, status- and fault- messages like fire dampers, frost, filters, fan belt etc.
The RLL5000 module is equipped with 5 Duo-LEDs and the RLL5050 provides 10 Duo-LEDs. You can choose the color of the LEDs (red, green, orange) by means of jumpers. Special jumper for coding to yellow are available as accessory (number of article 10002620, 3-pole jumper).
Yellow and red LEDs cause a collective fault message via the plug-in 5-pole bus system on the collective fault module RSM. There are two group outputs (+24V DC) for creating different priority levels (group 1 = LED 1-5, group 2 = LED 6-10), which are activated by red or yellow coded inputs.
You can trigger a lamp test over the plug-in 5-pole bus system with the RSM... module.
RBT10 - Meldemodul 19" 12 xLED -
Das Digital-Modul robutec RBT10 dient zur Signalisierung von 12 Meldungen.
Dazu zählen Betriebsmeldungen, Störmeldungen wie Frost, Filter oder Keilriemen sowie Statusmeldungen wie z.B. Klappenstellungen.
Die Ansteuerung der LEDs erfolgt durch Busbefehle über den Modbus in den Farben Rot, Grün oder Orange.
Ein Lampentest der LEDs kann sowohl über Busbefehl als auch lokal durch Drücken des Lampenprüftasters am Modul ausgelöst werden.
Bezüglich der Anlagenkonfiguration (Adressierung, maximale Anzahl von Modulen an einem Modbus Master, Montage, Anschluss an den Bus etc.) sind die allgemeinen Hinweise im Kapitel Konfiguration zu beachten.
RBT50 - Bedienmodul 19" 2xAnalog 2xDigital -
Das Analog-/Digital-Modul robutec RBT50 dient zur Ansteuerung bzw. manuellen Übersteuerung von zwei analogen und zwei digitalen Ausgängen, die sich auf einer DDC oder anderen daran angeschlossenen Feldbusgeräten befinden. Zu diesem Zweck verfügt es über zwei Dreh-Encoder mit integrierten Tastern, denen jeweils eine LED-Balkenanzeige und eine Einzel-LED zugeordnet ist, sowie über zwei Schalter für die Steuerung von digitalen Ausgängen.
Die Visualisierung der analogen Stellwerte erfolgt durch 10-Segment-Balkenanzeigen mit zusätzlichem Dimmen des letzten leuchtenden Segments für eine höhere optische Auflösung (Darstellung von Zwischenwerten).
Die analogen Stellwerte sowie die Schalterstellungen werden durch Busbefehle über die Modbus-Verbindung abgefragt. Diese Werte stehen dann in der DDC für die Ansteuerung von digitalen und analogen Datenpunkten zur Verfügung.
Die Ansteuerung der Status-LEDs erfolgt durch Busbefehle über den Modbus, während die Balkenanzeigen die Werte anzeigen, die mit den Dreh-Encodern eingestellt werden. Die Helligkeit der Balkenanzeigen kann für das gesamte Modul mittels eines Konfigurationsregisters verändert werden.
Ein Lampentest der LEDs kann sowohl über Busbefehl als auch lokal durch Drücken des Lampenprüftasters am Modul ausgelöst werden.
Für das Abfragen der Schalter, Taster und der eingestellten Analoggeber-Werte steht je ein Register zur Verfügung, in dem angezeigt wird, ob und welcher Analogwert sich geändert hat bzw. welcher Schalter oder Taster seit dem letzten Auslesen dieses Registers betätigt wurde. Beim Auslesen dieser Register werden alle Bits wieder auf Null gesetzt.
Bezüglich der Anlagenkonfiguration (Adressierung, maximale Anzahl von Modulen an einem Modbus Master, Montage, Anschluss an den Bus etc.) sind die allgemeinen Hinweise im Kapitel Konfiguration zu beachten.

Das Gerät bietet die Möglichkeit, das Analogsignal für stetige Stellglieder mit einem Potentiometer von Hand zu übersteuern. Die Montage erfolgt auf Hutschienen.
RDC601 - 4xAI, 8xDI, 6xDO with local override -
Über die RDC-Geräteserie können digitale und analoge Signale an den verschiedensten Stellen im Gebäude aufgenommen und weiterverarbeitet werden.
Die Überwachung und Steuerung der Ein- bzw. Ausgänge wird im Automatikbetrieb über die RS485-Schnittstelle realisiert. Hier stehen verschiedene Protokolle zur Verfügung, um DDC-Systeme anzubinden.
Im Handbetrieb stellt sich der am Schalter oder am Potentiometer gewünschte Zustand ein. Betrieb auch ohne BUS-System möglich, d.h. Notbetrieb nach VDI3814 und Lokale Vorrangbedien/Anzeigeeinrichtung nach DIN EN 16484.
Statusmeldungen der Ein- und Ausgänge durch Leuchtdioden, Schalter und Potentiometer zur Übersteuerung der Ausgänge, und Tasten zur Parametrierung der möglichen Funktionen.

Kommunikation über BACnet MS/TP RS485 oder über Router auch BACnet/IP möglich. Montage der BUS Verbindung sind nach den Richtlinien der EIA-485 vorzunehmen (Abschluss erforderlich).
RDC621R - 4xAI, 4AO, 8xDI, 4xDO, I/O für RDCx21F - für BAC-net MS/TP, RS485
Über die RDC-Geräteserie können digitale und analoge Signale an den verschiedensten Stellen im Gebäude
aufgenommen und weiterverarbeitet werden.
Die Überwachung und Steuerung der Ein- bzw. Ausgänge wird im Automatikbetrieb über die RS485-Schnittstelle

Komumikation über BACnet MS/TP slave Mode.
Das Gerät wird mit dem RDCx01F ergänzt, um eine Notbedienebene in der Schaltschranktüre zu realisieren.
Die Verbindung zwischen RDCx01R und dem RDCx01F wird über ein steckbares RJ45 Kabel realisiert.
Es kann auch über eine Kabelverbindung verbunden werden, hierzu stehen Klemmen zur Verfügung.
Alle Ausgänge sind über Handschalter bedienbar, auch ohne BUS- Verbindung zum Softwaresystem.
Statusmeldungen werden über LED´s signalisiert.
Montage der BUS Verbindung sind nach den Richtlinien der EIA-485 vorzunehmen (Abschluss erforderlich).
RDC633 - 20xUI, 8DI, active/passive, with status indication -
Über die RDC-Geräteserie können digitale und analoge Signale an den verschiedensten Stellen im Gebäude
aufgenommen und weiterverarbeitet werden.
Die Überwachung und Steuerung der Eingänge wird über die RS485-Schnittstelle realisiert. Hier stehen
verschiedene Protokolle zur Verfügung, um an DDC-Systeme anzubinden.
Statusmeldungen der Eingänge durch Leuchtdioden (rot/grün/gelb), Paramentierung erfolgt über BUS-Schnittstelle.
Das RDC633 besitzt 8 Digitaleingänge, 20 Universaleingänge. Durch Konfiguration können aktive Fühler 0-10V oder
passive Sensoren wie PT1000/Ni1000 oder Schaltaktoren (pot.-freie Kontakte NO/NC) angeschlossen werden.
Die Datenpunkte sind über BACnet MS/TP abrufbar, und in ein SPS.- oder DDC-System integrierbar.
Die Klemmen sind steckbar. Montage des kompakten Gerätes auf einer DIN Hutschiene in Schaltschränken oder
Unterverteiler (Gerätebreite 4TE).
Komumikation über BACnet MS/TP RS485 oder über Router auch BACnet/IP möglich.
Montage der BUS-Verbindung sind nach den Richtlinien der EIA-485 vorzunehmen (Abschluss erforderlich).
Es sollten nicht mehr als 16 Geräte an einem BUS-Strang betrieben werden.
Über die Adresse 1-127 wird Mastermode und 128-254 Slavemode aktiviert.
romod 4DIO-R - 4DIO-R Railmodul - 4x LED DO-status, 4x LED var, 4x A-0-H, 24V/3A
The module romod 4DI2DO-R-3P provides 2x 3-point relay outputs in two groups for controlling 2 OPEN-STOP-CLOSE drives
or similar. The four digital inputs can be used to connect and signal four messages, such as operating messages, error messages or
status messages.
The romod 4DI2DO-R-3P is a Local Override/Indication Device (LO/ID), i.e. by means of the integrated switches, the module provides
the ability of manual override of the DOs which are usually controlled via Modbus commands. Two switches belong to each of the two 3-point outputs. One is used to select between automatic mode (activation of the DO via
bus command), OFF and manual override ON. The position of the other switch (OPEN-STOP-CLOSE) only affects the outputs if the
first switch is in the "Manual" position.
Digital Outputs:
The relay outputs provide the normally open contact of each relay.
Important: The signals to be switched must have the same phasing.
For each channel, running times for opening and closing the blinds can be parameterized, as well as times for over- and understeering
(longer activation than required for the complete opening or closing of the blinds).
Please note: The configured running times will only work when the outputs are activated via bus commands.
Digital Inputs:
The control of the digital inputs will be done with 24 V switched by external dry contacts. The reference potential is defined via
the COM terminals and can be both, 0 volts and 24 volts. When using a reference potential of 24 V, a control of the digital inputs
with 0 V potential can be realized.
By means of a configuration register, the four digital inputs can be defined for the use of limit switches. When an end position is
reached, the drive will switch off. At the same time, the position of the blind, which is constantly calculated in the module,
is corrected to 0% (closed) or 100% (open). If no end position is reached in automatic mode within the configured run times, the drive,
however, will switch off for safety reasons, but not in manually oversteered mode.
Furthermore, the digital inputs can also be configured for controlling the outputs using externally connected switches. Doing so,
the outputs can then be controlled in exactly the same way as with the switches on the module. Any configured runtimes are not
taken into account – as is also the case in manually overridden operation.
For AC control of the inputs, the edge detection has to be delayed via configuration registers. In case of 50 Hz, this value should
be set to at least 40 ms in order to avoid the counting of false detections.
romod 8 AI - 8 AI Railmodul - 8x LED AI-status, 8x aktiv/passiv AI
The analog input module romod 8 AI is used for connecting, measuring and signaling of up to eight analog sensor values.
The sensors will be connected to the module via terminals.
The reference potential for the analog inputs is available at the GND terminals. For two AIs there is available one GND terminal
in each case. All ground pins are connected to each other internally and to the GND of the power supply, as well.
Active signals (0-10V) as well as various passive sensor types (e.g. Pt1000, Ni1000) may be connected to the module.
If an input is configured for 0..10V signals, its value will be signalized by the concerned status LED of the channel
in light / dark operating mode in green colour.
When using resistive sensors, a wire break of the sensor (open analog input) will be signalized by the LED of the channel
in red color, otherwise it will be lit green dimmed.
Unused inputs should be configured for 0-10V signals and connected to GND potential.
Regarding the system configuration (addressing, maximum number of modules connected to a Modbus Master interface,
installation, connection to the bus etc.), please follow the instructions in the chapter Configuration.
romod 8DO-R - 8DO-R Railmodul - 8x LED DO-status, 8x A-0-H, 24V/2A
The digital output module romod 8 DO-R is a Local Override/Indication Device (LO/ID) which is used to control eight 1-stage motors,
or other digital actuators. By means of the integrated switches, it provides the ability of manual override of the DOs which are
usually controlled via Modbus commands.
The relay outputs provide the normally open contact of each relay.
The signal that will be switched by the relay contacts also has to be connected via terminals. The eight relay outputs are divivded
into two groups of four outputs. The two groups are not linked internally, so both COM terminals must be wired.
Important: The signals to be switched must have the same phasing.
For each DO there is a LED present which signalizes the status of the digital outputs. Using the settings in the relevant
Modbus register, for each of this LEDs the colour can be defined to either red, green or orange.
Furthermore, the LEDs can be controlled via Modbus commands, provided that this option previously has been defined in a
configuration register. This setting can be made individually for each LED.
The current positions of the switches can be read out using two registers. Doing so, one register shows the switch position
'Manually ON' and the other one the switch position 'Automatic'.
There is a register that displays whether and which switch has been operated since the last time this register has been read.
When reading this register, all bits are reset to zero. If the position of a switch has been altered several times,
e.g. from AUTO to OFF and back to AUTO, a change will be displayed, anyway.
All digital outputs can be configured so that they will assume a defined state ('safe state') if the module has not received
valid bus telegrams via the Modbus for a certain time.
Note: The time for triggering the 'safe state' should not be too short in order to avoid malfunctions as they can
occur, e.g., when another device which is connected to the bus fails and will so cause time-outs.
